Waited 45 minutes for an incorrect order to then be told by staff that I ordered wrong. Staff were rude and didn’t even acknowledge the people in line behind us

Poor customer service Took 20 minutes for order to be taken Complained to manager that l was a uber driver, my rider wanted quick in and out She closed the window on me, Walked away, when told her, her business impacting on my business, as was not able to accepted additional rides, uber was also messaging me if l required police assistance, as extended unscheduled stop, advised uber l was OK. Don't go there afterhours expecting quick service

Nobody took our order at the first window so when we got to the next window we were told they can't take our order there and to drive back around. We had already waited a long time to get that far so went and had a good feed with decent service elsewhere. Won't be back.

Very annoying when you speak to a person to order your food yet they are not actually listening to you because they get your order wrong, pretty sad they can't even get a muffin done right get start to my day thanks maccas

I give them 5 stars because i know normally they are very good this Macca's, but, yeah but, only a little one though, it was very early on the morning and maybe the young fellow wasn't quite used to these shifts yet, so in saying that her wasn't really with it and it was pretty slow getting to us..... Then another customer came along and asked about the breakfast menu on which he replied no we are not doing that just yet........uuuummmm it's 3.30 in the morning and besides I just ordered an egg and cheese muffin for my friend!!???? I had a bit of a laugh, just as well the young fellow who was ordering didn't mind!

God forbid they forget to charge you for food at the first window. They then tell you to dive around again and line back up to pay for your food. I'll hands down be making sure I don't stop at this Macca's again in the future

I selected food from the computerized menu system and I was told that those items don't exist. The manager asked where did you get those items as we don't sell them, I said from your menu system. He apologized and I showed him. Not a good look at all for this outlet. I have at times had to wait a longggggggggg time for an order and the staff I feel have been let down by poor direction from management.

I ordered 2 hash browns in the drive thru. Waited in the waiting bay of 15 minutes. Had to go into the restaurant and ask for my order. Still didn't get my hash browns because they put my hash browns with another order. Sad face
