McDonald's Oxenford

First McDonald's I've been to where all the food was fresh, hot and served with a smile and no mistakes through drive through. That's a first.

Look. Its a McDonalds what do you expect. Theres no lobsters or champiagne so dont your gonna get it. Why are you even reading this? ITS A FING MCDONALDS. EXCEPT WHAT YOU PAY FOR. YOUR SO STOOPID!!

I don't write much reviews but I wasted 30 minutes of life in this drive through, including three other passengers totalling 120 minutes of life time wasted, three wrong orders came out, 8 vehicles have come and gone. Possibly still sitting here till this day, feel free to say high to the car with the swags in the waiting bay.

What has happened to this store? It was once the best Maccas on the Coast, spotless, efficient, happy staff. Not now. We have noticed the demise since Covid, yesterday was the final straw for us, dirty tables, no straw in my iced black coffee, so I thought just take the domed lid off and drink it, but when I did the container was so weak it just collapsed and coffee went everywhere. I went to the most senior looking staff and asked for something to clean it up, she handed me a handful of serviettes and a huge smile, not good enough. When we left there was a full cup of coffee on the floor with the many serviettes that I used to clean the table and seat. I then left a note on the table letting other diners know there was a coffee spill under the table. Oxenford clean up your act please.

Didn't have what we wanted from the Macafe 8pm at night Was after 2 cheese cakes, was told were all frozen Then went to Helensvale, same response, after waiting 20 minutes in drive through to place our order, only to find out when got to pay window, what we ordered was not Available Drive through meant to be fast service, when quired the day was told had over 20 menulog order to fulfil

I don't mind waiting for part of my order (hash brown) but I wish they wouldn't pack the rest of my order early. This has happened a few times now - Hash brown was lovely and hot the rest (burger & chips) were barely warm 😒

The stuffed up my order during drive though. But the manager there sorted it real quick

Convenient spot, however always really busy. Take the drive thru as they focus more on them than customers that go inside.

Was very busy but fairly fast still and food was great.
