Good when all else fails.

Slow and still didn't get it right

Foods the usual, but the coffee... As cold as Goulburn is this time of year, it would be easy to understand why the baristas have not had much experience making iced latte's. Nevertheless, they still taste warm and that's a no no. It's a weird experience sitting down to a lukewarm iced anything fresh from the drivethru. One night heading south and the next night heading back north, both bad, both warm, both with different girls on the machine. The food was good for maccas, but when you're from Newy there's no space for bad caffeine in the belly. Give it a miss I'd say.

Good food, but if the staff where as dead as thr look in their eyes it would be a cemetary not a fast food joint.

On Saturday morning, I stopped in at maccas for breakfast, on our way to Wollongong . ordered 2x pancakes and a bacon & egg muffin. I asked for three butters and three jams with each of my pancakes. When I received the food I asked the man at the window were there six butters and six jams, to this he replied Absolutely. Unfortunately there was three butters and two syrup only. Then tonight on our way home from Wollongong we again stopped in for dinner . we ordered two happy meals one with cheese burger one with six nuggets and a med big Mac meal. When I got home opened our meals there were no nugget's anywhere. I called and spoke to the manager Carla/Carra and explained the two recent events, I was told all she could do is replace the nugget happy meal. I told her I did not think considering one of my child had no dinner that it wasn't a satisfactory outcome, to replace what I had already paid for, but again was told that's all that she could do. I told her I would go to internet review and post my concern, she did not seem to have any regard for the MacDonald image or customers service or satisfaction.

Wasn't very clean ,but food good . service good

We waited forever! The happy and big mac meal were stone cold. they sat on the bench for 10 minutes before the last burger was made biggest waste of money.

Got a nice coffee while on a road trip and enjoyed a smoky BBQ brekky roll as well to help me through the day. Modern McDonalds on the highway that is always fairly busy.

The burgers were just thrown together and the Manager was abusing his staff in front of other team members and customers. Absolutely disgusting!
