7 Sowerby St, Goulburn
Love my McCafe coffee. Always good
Went twice, once in the morning and once at night. Both times they took 30 minutes for our order to come. Morning was reasonable as it was busy but it was pretty slow at night.
Great playground but restaurant not that clean and service was pretty chaotic and slow.
Always a place of solace and refugee
Always humming and refurb is good. Love their brekkie
Manager with her baristas having a laugh while making 1 cup of coffee. Meanwhile 3 people in queue watching. Thank god the girl with the glasses working for the drivethrough
Bad service, person was unhappy and didnt smile while serving us and we got told "We dont have to smile everytime". Very poor customer service
Food tastes like salt. Not much flavour
Nice stop to refresh yourself. Clean and we'll maintained
Where do I start? Honestly, I would ordinarily never waste my time reviewing an establishment. However, I make an exception in this instance, for the pure fact that I'm infuriated. The straw has broken the proverbial camel's back. This restaurant and its North Goulburn brother have to be the most consistently incompetent fast food restaurants I've ever come across. No matter how simple the request - whether it be a small change to a burger condiment or a few extra sauces - they ALWAYS get it wrong. This reached a fever pitch for me this evening, when I made a relatively simple order. Let me make clear that on the night of August 3rd at approximately 11:30pm, the cashier was absolutely outstanding. Friendly and precise, she read back my order; 2 Large Spicy Shaker Fries, 6 Spicy Nuggets, a Quarter Pounder Burger and a Cheeseburger. I paid and moved to the next window. After what was at this stage, a 15 minute wait, I was told to park. I happily obliged. It was then a further 10 minutes until my order arrived. No Shaker Bags (which is the third occasion this month). I knocked on the window and politely asked for the Shaker Bags I had ordered. An employee brought them out to me. We left and arrived home. Unsurprisingly, the bag contained 2 Large Fries (dumped sideways as usual) a Cheeseburger, 6 Spicy Nuggets and... A McChicken. McDonald's. Tell me how a mistake like that is made! They contain meat from two completely different animals for Christ's sake. Is dyslexia the issue? Because in no universe do "Quarter Pounder" and "McChicken" have any similarities on a computer screen. Not to mention a Quarter Pounder is a more expensive menu item. This is one of hundreds of ridiculous mistakes I've dealt with over the years being a local resident of Goulburn. I'm honestly fed up. My dollars will go to Hungry Jack's from now on, because my criticisms seem to fall on deaf ears and are met by nothing but dumb stares. Zero Stars.
