McDonald's Dickson

This is the worst McDonald’s in all of ACT/NSW. Food is almost never correct if you change the menu, there is very obviously OTHER people’s burger pieces in mine half the time I’m given it (bacon in the wrapper of a cheeseburger, for example) and the majority of the service staff are rude. The only thing that’s good is the dude at the first drive through window

Staff are great! Young guy on this morning was really friendly and helpful

Manager on duty on the 17/05/2021 at 8:15pm was so rude to her staff. She bossed people around whilst she stood there on her phone. When I came in, a staff member was trying to mop and clean and the manager just stood there and didn't move even when this staff member was trying to do her job, this same staff member also got yelled at in front of customers and you couldn't help feel so sorry for the poor girl who was also trying to do three other jobs at the same time. The manager had attitude towards customers and made it seem like she was in a rush 24/7 even though the Maccas wasn't super busy at this time (in the restaurant area).

For the 6th time in a row, I have ordered a Grilled Spicy wrap and despite having my order read back to me, twice on each occasion, Ive got home and it is crispy chicken in there. -_-

Fast, Nice Customer Service, Quality for a McDonalds restaurant.

The hotcakes are the freaking bomb! I can slip two down my throat before even leaving the counter. Plenty more if the store manager is busy

if you like your banana bread pretty much frozen and a luke warm coffee this is your place

I ordered one honey soy crispy chicken salad in a drive-thru which I collected. But when I drove home I found there is no honey soy sauce on the salad. I also found the salad is very dry. Disappointing of the fact that they never check before serving the food to customer.

Typical fast food, consistent but not exceptional.

Good location and customer service at Dickson branch,it has easy access for drive through and ample sitting place inside, with quick food delivery and standards are maintained at this branch
