Worst Mcdonalds in Canberra.

I would pay $4.20 for a small coffee if the location was appealing and had a good atmosphere but at MacDonald’s you’ve got to be kidding!! They can’t even get the order right! The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is the young fellow at the counter had good customer service.

Dickson McDonald is well known in Canberra, and outside of A.C.T., is the First McDonald's in Canberra. (47th McDonald's build in Australia in 1970s). Opened their doors in 1976, happily serving Canberra's and Visitors for 45 years. Dickson McDonald's will get her wish for her 45 birthday in 2021, a Facelift.

Waiting 15 minutes for my order early morning, while only 1 car in drive threw. Also they completely forgot my drinks and coffee. Don't no why but this was poor service. Never was like this in the past?

The kids on shift are often teenagers and almost always under 21. As you’d expect, 17 year olds constantly make mistakes: burnt coffee, wrong orders, lost food. I suspect they like putting youth on as they can pay them lower minimum wage awards.
