Both the McCafe and McDonald staff were run off their feet attending to the drive through orders . We ordered 2 coffees and a Pineapple &coconut loaf and a Banana Bread to be well toasted and eaten in . We received our Coffee but ended up waiting approx 25 minutes for the food because there wasn't a staff member available to attend to the order of which we had to ask again for it to be well toasted and when we did receive it after enquiring about it it had only been put in long enough to make it barely warm Management need to ensure that there are enough staff rostered on to cover each area adequately, this was not the fault of the junior staff they employ at the Devonport Harvey Norman drive through complex , they were doing their best to keep up and were appologetic and polite about the delay . . Juniors are cheap employees for A multinational food chain and as a huge company worldwide there should be adequate staff employed without being expected to cover the work load of two people like you expect them to do .

Enjoyed the new spicy chicken burger. Had lots of sauce...

The toilets there are an absolute disgrace. Never going again.

App order didnt go through, they told us at the drive-thru window to reorder on the app and go back around. Didnt and still dont understand why they just couldnt take our order at the window.

Took a long time through drive through was alright though

I ordered 3 meals and 1 burger to take away, but they did not put the 3 chips in the bags. I only realised this after driving 15km away when opening the bag.
