Modern clean building. Maccas as expected.

Staff are too young to be serving burgers! They don't care about the quality or presentation of the food; they always prioritise drive through service over front counter and you can wait two or three cars before getting served inside; and they frequently (at least monthly) provide incorrect or incomplete orders. There must be an entry level for incompetence to be employed here.

Love McDonalds anywhere but this one is special because of the view, which is right on the harbour. This is a relatively new or refurbished store, great service, lovely staff and clean. Can see the Spirit of Tasmania from thete.

It's a McDonald's so I'll probably never rate higher than three. Great location, but wish there was a West bound slip lane to return to the highway

The staff member who made coffee wasn't to standard of other staff. But disappointing

Good fast service easy parking kids loved their chicken and cheese burgers nice a fresh lovely coffee and beautiful ham cheese and tomato toastie 😋🤗

Better now that some of the old management has left, seems like a better work environment. Less stress, less bullying.

The staff take no care in preparing the food. Throw it around when it's done. Chips always taste like they've been sitting there for hours. Just a gross maccas.
