McDonald's Charnwood

I was going around looking at the reviews for this establishment and was shocked to find such an influx of poor reviews. In the multiple times I've went here it has been perfect with friendly staff, and good food. Sure, sometimes you can have a bad experience, cold fries, missing sauces, but it is unfair to label this place due to that, it is a issue plaguing all fast food establishments and in my humble opinion; this place does it better than most.

Got order fries were cold asked nicely for fresh ones. Thought they had been replaced. Not. Had already left drive through. Get home which is two minutes up road to find burger cold as well. It was a bit busy but would be happy to wait for fresh fries.

Staff don't know if they're doing...ordered 3 coffees & 3 blueberry muffins....coffee was like warm and muffins were frozen.

Miniscule queue, pleasant staff and an enormous Soft Serve!

It's Macca's , sometimes good, sometimes great, sometimes in the middle

They tend to mess up your order every single time. I'm not buying from here anymore.

Clean up! It's not that hard.

Not good service as well as unmaneged food. Too salty

Ontime food with Good Customer service.

All good. No dramas. Quiet and you can eat/drink in peace unlike other Maccas that are so crowded and noisy (like the one in Kippax!).
