It's ok but sometimes I get ripped off and can't drive back to show them what they did, like my half empty cup of Oreo beverage! The Banana bread is so dry that I'm amazed they are still proudly displaying it as if anyone would want to buy it!

Jaxon is an incredible manager, very quick with food delivery but extremely patient whilst waiting for orders

They get it wrong sometimes but mostly the food is fresh and the wait is short. Good parking. Some of the drive through staff lovely others seem exhausted or bored. Nevertheless their prices are fair.

This McDonalds is a regular fast food restaurant. The menu is the same. The staff sometimes can get it wrong. The drive thru can make you wait. The young trainees serve you looking nervous and not knowing how to properly use the register. Sometimes the toilets aren't too clean and the tables are dirty. The manager can be directing trainees and using a voice loud enough and stressing enough to even give me anxiety as I wait in line. With orders flying everywhere and sometimes lines of customers out the door and children shrieking and running around full of sugar and on the playground ... this McDonalds, despite its flaws, is amazing. We are all human so the above problems happen even to the best of us but the staff here over the years have been courteous, kind, helpful and it's made it feel warm and welcoming. I have been coming here since my kids were in the pram now they are taller than me. Over the years we have been delighted with the service of many of the staff and were extremely sad as they moved on. Rowan who used to work on the McCafe making coffee was one in particular who always went above and beyond. His coffee was legendary and I even saw customers waiting for him to arrive and refusing to order till he was making it. The staff provide table service with a smile and make you feel at ease and my children have been delighted over the years with free balloons and stickers and games given to them. Leonie is a gorgeous staff member who is always ready to help you with a smile! The playground too has recently had a wonderful upgrade. The McHappy days are fun with face painting, hair coloring, and entertainment. So even though it's only a regular McDonalds, it's a part of the local community and a place to meet up with friends and enjoy a tiny break. To have a chat to the staff about your day and have a laugh about a joke. To walk in and feel comfortable and relaxed. Thank you Charnwood Maccas for all your hard work to make us all happy. My 11yr old son wants to propose a new item to sell on the menu. We recently have seen the "coffee in a cone" craze around Canberra and so he has invented ... I ordered a BTS meal through uber eat and yeah, obviously the special part is about the sauce, but somehow they forgot to give them to me even though on the receipt, they stated specifically about the Cajun and Sweet chilli sauce! Totally disappointed about it! I don’t know if the restaurant run out of stock or there is other reason, but at least please gave me some other sauces for my nuggets cuz it was kinda tasteless to me when eating them without any sauce! Hopefully the restaurant won’t make the same mistake again!

I regularly drive through here for coffee in the morning on my way to work. The staff are always friendly and happy and the coffee is consistantly great.

Nice icecream with the Granddaughters. New coffee tastes pleasant. Special service.
