McDonald's Alice Springs

Extremely busy but only maccas in the whole town. But always a huge line up in drive through.

Drive thru was ridiculous, so went in to order and not much better

The only place open on Christmas day, so it was a good find for us. Clean and standard offerings. Alice springs isn't what i expected, and i found it to be a beautiful place.

Called in for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I went there at 9am through the drive through. It was so busy and took forever to get people through. I asked for a big mac without cheese (unable to eat cheese) and the lady on the microphone refused to listen and took pickles off instead. She was bery pushy and loud and would not listen to what i wanted. When i got to the window i explained i said no cheese but will have pickles. She was very apologetic and fixed my order. Got order then drove off. Opened bag to find a big mac with cheese, no pickles. Seems she just pretended to fix my order and simply didnt care. Awful customer service. Will go else where

Super fresh super fast and nothing was stuffed up in the order so can't complain

One of the worst management. Manager took the order himself and made the order wrong twice. Seriously why is the head office not taking any action. Crew not wearing hairnet at food preparation area. Dress code not the maccas standards. Floors unclean and greasy. McDonalds head office needs to conduct strict BMT and change the management.

Never had food poisoning for there once. That's a big achievement in Alice. Maybe they should get a Michelin Star?

Hamburger had no sauce, no pickles, no onion ,no mustard, just ketchup.

Got a free sundae (mistake in order) with a milkshake. Nice!
