Impeccable customer service skills and great tasting food!

Cannot fault this beautiful Japanese cuisine. Gorgeous food and service. The staff are lovely. They accommodate families without being like McDonald's. Get on the 🍣 and sushi. Yummmm

One of my favourite restaurants - service is fast, food is fresh and beautifully presented and the newly renovated restaurant is always packed! We always book a table and order the mixed sushi boat as a starter, followed by Katsu Curry Don. The soft shell crab is also a favourite entree, so fresh and delicious. We have also tried the banquet meal - and its plentiful.... no room for dessert! Love coming here and highly recommend Matsuya!

Give this place a wide birth it’s Chinese run trying to disguise as Japanese, if you have had Japanese food you would know this is sub standard. The food was rubbish. The staff didn’t know what they where doing, we had 5 wait staff serving us one didn’t know what the other was doing. We had a reservation was told once we were not on the list, told twice by someone else the same thing third time we could clearly see our name on the list what the heck is going on. I would give it no stars but there is no option for zero.

Not good value but good variety. Bentos are $27, rice bowls start at $16. The Okonomiyaki was the size of my hand, and I have small hands!However, I saw them bring out gluten free soy sauce and wasabi to the next table, that would be a plus for some people

Fabulous food, quick service, good prices

This was an absolutely fantastic meal. As you are seated, you are met with a palette preparing sushi, and it was all Jay great from then on! I very much appreciated the extra detail of asking if I wanted wasabi on the side and not on the nigiri itself in case my kids were eating it! Great night out, great food, thank you very much!

This place was great, the food was yum and so was the sake. It was a little bit pricey but still understandable when it comes to good food like this

We have been coming to Matsuya for over ten years. Food is always fresh and delicious. Wonderful service too!
