31 South Steyne Shop 1 2095, Manly
Great staff, fast service and very tasty kilpatrick oysters!
Great place to have some delicious ribs, burgers and fish with a breathtaking ocean view of the world famous Manly Beach. Friendly staff. Book a head in busy times, otherwise you will have to wait a long time on busy days. Wheelchair accessible entrance. Easy to get by car, bus or Ferry from Circular Quay. Cheers
Very large meals. Meat perfectly cooked. Great view from outside tables
Their fish and chips are very tasty and fresh. The service is great. All the staff are friendly, especially pukar, Balun. will definitely go there again .👍🌹
Food was ok, service slow. Better Portugese Chicken Burgers at a few take away places on the northern beaches.
Always a fave the ribs and chicken combo. Perfect
I felt like the services were given by staffs from the five-star hotel. There were friendly and attentive. Excellent quality of meat and seafood. My sirloin was perfectly cooked in the medium. My friend's T-bone was a bit undercook, but that was alright, the teste was still great. The good vibe of people was enjoying their dishes. Good view of the beach and lively surroundings. I would recommend this steakhouse to everyone visiting Manly.
Want a hamburger that will feed your face and hands then get theirs. They supply hand wash towels so you can clean up afterwards having your beer.
Inedible burger. went yesterday for a late lunch and ordered a classic burger with egg $3 extra. I was expecting to get a good quality juicy burger but instead I got this overcooked plastic-like putty with no flavour at all. Putty did not have real meat, it seemed a collection or grounded cartilage that I kept chewing hoping that I will find flavour somewhere. For a $24 burger I think you deserve something much better. Food quality in this place has gone down a lot. A customer sitting next to me, left his 80% of his burger and I was wondering why, know I know. I did not complained but I should have. A McDonald's burger would have been 1000% more enjoyable at half the price. Not coming back, for sure
Went for lunch on a Monday. The specials were the flathead fish and chips for 13.90 and the smoked beef brisket roll for 18.90. It was pretty busy with pushy old folk coming in for the fish and chips specials. Their servings looked okay for the old folk, maybe they get a better deal for pensioners (3 fillets?). Our Fish and chips serving was pretty stingy and only had 2 fillets plus chips and a few sprigs of rocket as garnish. The smoked beef brisket was pretty dry and tough, with a smoky bbq sauce. The coleslaw was okay. The service was okay, it took a while to order as the waitresses were only interested in handing out menus but not so keen on taking orders. The guy behind the bar came out to take our order after a bit of waiting. The food came out in a reasonable time, seems some tables served out of sequence. The location was good, but the place was no different to the shops on the left and right. All in all, it seems a tourist trap. Prices were a bit high for what you got for the lunch special. I’d hate to pay more for the regular menu items. At least they didn’t charge for tap water.
