Mango Tree Cafe & Restaurant

Our order never went through. Our table along with another one next to it we’re wondering why those before us got their food. I talked to the waiter over an hour later who went to check and came apologising and asking if we still wanted to order and that if we do it will be done as priority. This young waiter looked so bad that I just said we would just leave. Hopefully they’ll pay more attention and maybe offer free drinks or entrées to compensate for the wait.

Very very disappointing service. The guy in the counter appeared as a manager we impolite throughout. Firstly, checked time on google, said open today till 9:30, when we got there at 3:15 he said they will close at 4 pm. Asked him that google says open till 9:30 pm, he said we keep changing. Asked him if they can still serve us, he said yes. Our meal arrived 45 minutes after the order. The air condition was working for first 15mins and it didn't work after that. It appeared as if it was turned off intentionally. We order garlic naan, got butter naan. No salt on Chicken curry, not enough flavour. It looked good, but didn't have flavours. Aalu paratha was very bad, too thick of flour and half uncooked. I let manager know that AAlu paratha wasn't cooked properly, he went and brought his cook so i can tell him directly. I let the chef know but the manager had nothing to say about it. Overall, I will never go there again.

Having been there 3 times in 5 weeks really good Indian/ Nepalese food. Good wine selection. Wait staff would benefit from how to place drinks. Placing drinks in the middle of the table lacks finesse. Great place to dine however.

We walked in on a Friday night and we're greeted warmly. Sitting on the deck across from the ocean with the nice music was great! We shared a curry and got a few entrees and it all tasted amazing. The stand out was the prawns on the entree platter! Huge!

Had excellent dinner. Great food, friendly staff, fantastic service. Awesome sea view location to beat!

Great food and atmosphere, view is nice. Friendly service and good price. Interior is a little shabby but I didn't go for the interior!
