Main Street Cafe

Customer service has been sub-average at several visits, but calling with notice of a pick up order and that you'd be in a rush to collect it only to be told on arrival that it hasn't been put through and would be at least 15 minutes really tops off numerous sub-par experiences. In my opinion I'd find elsewhere with better customer service standards.

Been here several times. Wonderful place to catch up with friends/family and enjoy a meal or even a coffee. Very friendly staff always welcoming with a smile. Will always go back here

Great food and ambience. My friend and I got there at about 9:00am, and the place was full by 10.00am. Menu was ok, not a lot of smaller items though, like breads or muffins, and the serves were quite generous. I don't eat as much as I used too, and would have preferred a half or 3/4 size, so some food gets wasted.

Nice and friendly staff. Classic eggs Benedict in a fresh way.

Not impressed with the service I received Friday morning. Walked in to get a take away coffee and was told by the the young blonde waiter to leave the cafe and walk around to the side and wait for my order to be taken there. Very rude customer service, as as she could have easily of taken my order then and there. Instead she booted me out of the cafe and had me waiting outside for a seperate person to serve me. Once the coffee was ready, instead of handing me the coffee, they left it on the counter for me to retrieve without a thank you hand over. Won’t be returning due to their lack of basic customer service care.

Went here for a catch-up with old friends. The staff were amazing, we only had drinks but the food that was coming out looked delicious. Would definitely go back.

Really great spot for a brunch and a coffee. Had the big breakfast, lamb salad and smashed avocado. Not pictured but can recommend the mara bar milkshake too

Although the food was nice, the service we receive by one waitress in particular was disappointing to say the least. Every interaction with her was obviously fake, every time she walked away, we could see her rolling her eyes. She also made it extremely obvious that she was talking about us to the chefs who in-turn, gave us filthy looks.

Ordered coffee to go. Fast service. Can order ahead with their app. They have a lot of repeat (regulars) customers on first name basis. Pastries at takeaway window available for that quick breakfast on the run. You can choose to eat alfresco if not in a hurry, sit back and relax.

Wow, yummy!great service and surprisingly quick for brekkie, we didn't even wait 10 min. Our server was super nice. And th3 food was yummy, I would recommend for someone looking for breakfast I had the T1, no bacon with mushrooms yum,great relish. And partner had the big brekkie
