Family friendly. Reasonable range of meal choice at acceptable price.

My family and I really enjoyed our visit here. Big modern venue, great kids area and very good food. In-between the bar and an upper dining area that overlooks the kids area is a little nook with three long tables. This was such a perfect spot to to be close to the kids and bar but have a little privacy. I would recommend this venue.

Beautiful food at the Macarthur tavern. Pesto chicken breast was amazing as was the risotto. Bar staff were great making a couple of nice cocktails for a birthday dinner. The venue is massive with lots of great places to sit and relax. We will be back.

Must say have been here before and didn't let me down. Great place for catch up with a family orientated atmosphere. With other areas sport bars kept separate from the family area. Good food with the usual service that was outstanding. Thanks all for good night.

Great food from what I've heard. My experience i got a chicken snitzhel (wrong spelling) with chips, salad and gravy, tasted amazing. Would definitely go back again and try something else

Nice looking tavern, outdoor seating area with bar nearby.. Food wasn't so great. Ordered the special chick snitz but it was dry and rubbery, salad looked as though it had been sitting in water for far too long and the chips were cooked in old oil.. The meal was purchased on a weekend night, wasn't overly busy, however thought they'd be more love put into the food

$15 surf and turf on Thursdays. Friendly service and great atmosphere.

It's ok. Nothing special. I had the surf and turf and soup of the day. It was so so. I would come back but I just had to think about it. Parking here is also so small. Not good luck for parents with prams going up the stairs.
