Way to expensive a night spot for me but otherwise not to bad I spose!

Ran of pint glasses on a Wednesday night. So gave us two pots. Bit weird because they say they're a Pub Bar Lounge on signs. Steak night - 30 minute wait after reminding the 1 waiter/bar tender that we had been waiting a while. They still couldn't cook it properly. Both of us ordered medium rare, both steaks were VERY well done. Vegetables were cold and raw. A family told us whilst we waited to speak to the bar tender that they had waited two hours for their mains. Considering the place wasn't busy, the poor service and poor food made it clear we won't be coming back.

Awesome venue, incredible food and service. This is now our go to place. Good music good staff good vibes. Extremely recommended

We booked with Scoopon vouchers. We had a big group to celebrate two birthdays.The service provided by Aaron the waiter and Donna the waitress were fantastic. We could not have asked for a better place to have our birthdays. They were very friendly on the phone and did not disappoint. They accommodated us very well. They catered for gluten free and vegetarian options which were not on the menu. Brad the chef did an outstanding job as all the steak and seafood were cooked to perfection. It was really good deal on Scoopon. We all had a good time. Music was nice and soft. They provided plates for cakes too and even provided take aways. I give them 5 stars. Was worried at first after seeing all the bad reviews but they have really dispelled all our fears. Great job guys!

Manager confessed the place only stays open due to "money laundering" from his side buisness. You'll find more joy...and people inside a graveyard. Nice try lou lou's

Great place for a drink and night out

Lovely service by all of the staff members... great cocktails and great food, was well looked after at loulous definitely will be back for their $12 parmas on Thursdays!!! 👌🏽
