The owners are very friendly. I enjoyed the Chinese fusion cuisine. Not many authentic Chinese dishes but that's ok because what they make is very tasty anyway. It was a breeze for my in laws to order as the owners speak Mandarin.

Normally I'd rate this place better but the decor still hasn't been touched up since I was a kid and it seems like the food has been on the decline as well. Say down and had the lunchtime special. My Mum got honey chicken and I got sweet and sour pork (We always share each other's meat portion). The meat on the pork was tough. The honey chicken was extremely sweet. And the fried rice on both plates had that burnt taste throughout it. All in all not a great experience. Very disappointed.

Not sure why I didn't go somewhere else, maybe I was too tired to walk another mile, so I had dinner at the Lotus. To say it was ok would be a bit over the top. The food was quite basic and not entirely flavorsome, not pricey, just not quite there, and I decided to go somewhere else next time. And I did. The special fried rice was very good, though...
