Lot 104 Espresso & Wine Bar

Long wait but not told it would be 30 mins. Then told what I ordered wasn't available. Burger came out but there was a sharp wooden stick inside not viewable from the outside. I nearly bit into it. Staff looked like they hate it there.

Megan and Mitch are literally the best wait staff ever. Highly recommend. Had the best big breakfast 👌🏼👌🏼 Live music after 5pm. SO GOOD.

We had breakfast at Lot 104 this morning. Both of us ordered avo on sourdough with dukka and feta. We got a very small amount if avo on normal toast with sunflower and pumpkin seeds - maybe they ran out of dukka. Really disapointing. Topping it with a pile of rocket does not make a meal. Service - the young guy was enthusiastic but everyone else we dealt with was very uninterested and seemed like they didn't want to be there. Lots of work to do if you want to compete with surrounding restaurants. Good luck.

We had a lovely experience at breakfast. Good service, coffee and food, and well priced. Great location.

Seen a lot of places come and go over the decades on the esplanade and I sincerely hope this one doesn't! Such great selection of snacks and mains, and the drinks are great too. It's in a prime location as well, so very convenient for outdoor dining.

Had a big breaky and $10 breaky so so nice staff were very nice great location enjoyed it very much Will visit again anytime keep up the great service Guys 10/10

Horrible take away coffee. Horrible attitude from the lady at the bar. The only good thing was that the place was selling coffee late in the evening.
