Great food and service!
Lovely, efficient, friendly staff. Varied menu, delicious food. Great coffee. A little chilly on a cold day.
Lovely spot for brunch. Light and airy indoor space and plenty of tables outside. Food was okay- a few minor issues (not enough chilli in the eggs, very chewy toast, hot cakes were dry) but the fantastic tea & coffee plus the super friendly service from the staff made it an enjoyable experience.
Amazing little cafe. I love the interior design and style they have gone for. The food and coffee were great. Will def go again.
The cafe that makes me want to go back again for the coffee. The staff are also polite and welcoming, food is also great. Kudos!!
2021s summer has been so weird that we tried to take advantage of one of the better days. Easter Sunday at South Melbourne beach saw us head to Lenny's for brunch and we weren't disappointed. The chilli scramble reminded me of another city staple that's ones of my favourites. Reasonable portion of eggs but it looks like the presentation varies table to table? Not a complaint at all! My partner had the falafels and had only good things to say about both it and the coffee. My only teeny bit of iffiness stems from seeing orange juice being poured from a 3l bottle of 'The Great Australian Squeeze'. It's one of my fav brands but I pay 6.50 at the supermarket for 3 litres. With such a beautiful location, great atmosphere, attentive service and good food perhaps fresh orange juice would be regarded as more aptly priced at $6.90 a glass.
Lovely friendly service. Was there for coffee with a friend, coffee was delicious. Keen to go back and try the food as it all looked beautiful.
Absolute favourite place in Albert Park for coffee & brunch!
Top class food and coffee.. Mr Lenny is where it's at...
Not far from the refreshing breezes of Port Phillip Bay lies this ideal spot for weekend brunch. The menu is just big and diverse enough to cater for different preferences. A friendly staff helped me choose the duck and waffle - one of their most loved dishes. I get excited about innovative sweet and savoury combinations. The crispy duck leg was still tender on the inside. The cheese topped waffles, fried egg, apple and greens salad had a sweet maple syrup drizzled throughout. They had the balance just right - any more would've been sickening and any less the combination wouldn't have quite worked. The light, modern decor created a bright, spacious and welcoming feel. Attentive and smiling service throughout the visit completed this experience. A good place to return on this side of town.
