U 18 4 Central Ave 2120, Thornleigh
Good customer service . Waiter and waitress are friendly and polite. Fresh and yummy seafoods..
Food: Lots of good quality traditional Chinese dishes on the menu, including vegetarian options. Food price is reasonable. Service: No need to worry about queueing as there are always tables available when you enter the restaurant. Staff were attentive and made effort to have nice conversation with their customers. Restaurant: Not the most modern-looking restaurant, however, can cater for small groups to very large groups. Easy to find a parking spot down below, on nearby streets or at Thornleigh McDonald's next door.
Authentic food. Quick and attentive service. Long established business!
We went there for dinner which we regret. It was extremely challenging to get the waiter's attention to place our order. Our meals came out one hour after our arrival. The lobster we ordered they said weighted 1.5 Kg which did not look any bigger than we had previously elsewhere being around 1.0kg. We had to ask them to give us fresh plates for the lobster shells. Their tea tasted like well over the best before date. The after dinner oranges came out before the other plates have been cleared (a hint that we had to hurry up and leave). The restaurant's floor is very dirty, and their bathrooms are filthy. They impose a $5.00 fee on bills paid with credit cards.
Nice food and atmosphere. Lots of locals which is a always a good sign. Reasonable prices and good range of meal choices.
Beware - Food was good but they definitely fleeced me by charging $48.80 for one portion of pipis mai fan for a 17/04/21 lunch. I believe it was because I wasnโt able to speak Chinese.
Good tasty food here.
As usual this place didn't let down, good food & service. Was quaint atmosphere with Chinese instrumental music playing, not as busy as normal. All in all a solid local place when you can't be bothered cooking. Vegetable Sang Choy Bow & Fried Sticky Rice in pics.
Been aaaages since we've had a family dinner here. Sooo tasty.. The dry fried beef, Chiu Yum pork ribs, Kailan stir fry with garlic and Keong Choong Yee Min Lobster all washed down with Chinese tea or a REAL man's drink.. 'Pink Lemonade' ๐ฅฉ๐ฅก๐๐ฆ๐ฅขโค๏ธ๐งก.. Everytime we come here it's always a great feast with friendly staff! I highly recommend ๐๐
Been a while since weโve been here, only due to covid but was craving congee and radish cake. Ordered the stuffed bean curd and combination egg noodles, all yummy and very reasonably priced. Food was a good feed and all the food nice and hot when it came out. Definitely worth a try, support local businesses.
