Laksa King

Due to Covid the restaurant, seats are limited indoor and we were about to sit outdoor but the manager, Eric noticed that my elderly mum didn't wear thick clothing, he suggested that we seat inside of the restaurant. Very thoughtful and caring towards customers. Food was delicious and quick, portion is generous. The restaurant is also very clean and comfortable. Would be back to try other special dishes. Thank you Eric!

Honestly, foods are as beautiful as the photos shown on my page. I really enjoyed each spoon of my and other friends food😉. They were so yummy with unique taste and ingredients. I haven’t had any tasty Malaysian food 🥘 like this before. Huge thanks to manager who served us with many details and recommendations. Thank you 🙏

We waited around 30 minutes to be seated, however it was definitely worth the wait. The Vegetarian Laksa was delicious and the tofu in it was phenomenal, I wish there were more than just 3 pieces! The only downside is that when we called to ask if they do bookings (which they didn’t) the lady was quite rude, however as someone who has worked in hospitality I understand that some people have bad days and when it’s super busy and super stressful it can often worsen your mood.

The dishes came out quickly, service was friendly, just a tad on the slow side but still acceptable. Tasty Laksa, delicious dry noodles and good amount of roti, maybe a bit more curry would have been a better balance for that dish. Love that they have the Kumquet and lime juice!!!

Located within the perimeter of the Glen Waverley train station, Laksa King is the place where you can go for a hearty meal. We had the famous Malaysian dessert called Chendol which is a carefully crafted combination of coconut milk, palm sugar, red kidney beans and tapioca strings. Try it if you're after a new type of dessert. We also had Banana fritters and mango pudding. The mango pudding deserves a special mention here. It was so very tasty that you feel like ordering another one. The polite staff will make you feel comfortable.

This place is always busy, which is a testament to their delicious foods. I have tried several dishes here and they all tasted great!

The food was really delicious and the staff very friendly. Hospitality was satisfactory. But since it's a Malasiasn Restaurant we expected Halal good or at least no Pork served. But we requested for dishes without Pork. It would be better to have halal food too as lots of Muslims coming to this restaurant

This is our favourite place to eat! We always get veggie laksa, beef fried rice and 5 spice calamari - every time we're blown away by how good it tastes! I could eat Laksa King every meal of every day and never get tired of it. Yummy!

Best Laksa in town! Fast and exceptional customer service. Delicious high quality food at reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Great food...decent servings. Manager was very nice and funny. It was a great experience and would definitely return. So nice to be served by a manager with great sense of humor which is very rare these days.
