This is the city store on Sunday, November 17th. Food is delicious. I would go again for the food, but not for the service. We went with 5 people and ordered rice. However, the rice was not given individually to the bowl of rice, but served as a whole in one bowl. So when we shared the rice, the rice was obviously not enough. So I asked for a little more, and the employee went to ask and discussed it with a manager, and he said no. When we asked for it again, the manager gave it away with a hard expression on his face. I felt very bad. This is not a Korean ssambap restaurant. But why do you insist that it's 5 servings after giving you a bowl of rice in clumps?! If you insist that it serves 5 people, does it become 5 people?! And shouldn't you give a rice spatula to the dishes that guests eat? Are you telling me to eat in moderation by just giving you a regular spoon?! There are few Korean restaurants in Canberra. But I don't want to go back for this kind of service. I say it sincerely. If you don't want an extra grain of rice in your customer's mouth, close your business!!!
