All ways great coffee quick service and good food .... friendly staff .... I always stop here when I'm passing ...

Service was below average, we were not greeted upon arrival. When staff finally brought us a menu which only had 4 breakfast items to choose from they advised they would bring us over water which they never did. We had to go up and ask for some later. Was not busy so this shouldn't have been forgotten. When we ordered there EFTPOS machine wasnt working which they didnt tell us until after we ordered so had to go get cash out. No sign to say it wasn't working. Food was served and it looked nice but taste was average, one meal was incorrect. We had paid $3 extra for bacon, when they did bring the bacon out there was one slice. Requested a high chair but was told it was potentially broken, the staff never went and looked and never came back to let us know. Walked past an hour later and saw a baby sitting in a high chair which clearly wasn't broken. Considering this is the only cafe in Rochester its sad to see how terrible the food and service is. Would advise to drive to the next town and purchase food as this cafe is not worth it. Will be advising friends and family who pass through not to stop. Very disappointed.

Fabulous cafe in a beautiful little town. Food, coffee and staff all terrific. Definitely worth a visit, especially in winter after looking at the murals!
