Kingpin Darwin - Bowling, Laser Tag, Events Venue

Wow so much fun we bowled, we ate, we played. Soon much to choose from in the prize shop can't wait to come back next week and earn some more prizes.

As a frequent visitor to this establishment, I can without a doubt say that it is one of the best things to happen to Darwin, friendly staff, awesome food and drinks, couldn't think of a better place to spend an afternoon.

We celebrated our daughters 7th birthday at kingpin dawin we had Ashlyn as our party host and she went above and beyond to ensure all the children had an amazing time I hight recommend her and king pin we will he back.

General. Facilities are good, new and fun! However, the service really let this place down. Travelled from out of town and spent over $500 on a day out with the family for bowling, food and arcade. When greeted by checkin counter couldn't work out the bonus arcade money for the coupon we had ordered. Then didn't tell us our lane had broken bumpers. Drinks. Ordered cocktails. Didn't have the ingredients for it but didn't tell us they didn't until we waited 40 minutes. Then gave us food credit as an apology when the cocktail never came. Ordered another cocktail took 30 minutes to arrive but I had to go chase it at the bar. When I did get it, it was waiting on the bar... then I was told that "sorry the newbies are on cocktails" All other drinks, each time we went to the bar took 15 minutes to be served. Lots of staff on but none really knowing what they were doing, certainly none that knew how to make drinks. Cocktails that did arrive seemed watery and tasted like they were low on spirits. Food. We ordered hot chips and they were cold when they did arrive. Sauce portion was tiny for the volume of chips. Cleanliness. No one was cleaning any surfaces and the hand sanitiser was empty. COVID safety was disappointing and the general cleanliness was less than I would expect for a venue with food and drinks. Appeared to be no staff on cleaning duty. The lane opposite us had 3 different families come through and play in the time we were playing and was not sanitised, cleaned or even had anyone collecting dirty cups and rubbish. There was no hand towel in the bathrooms and no alternate hand drying options. Overall. If you are looking for a whole experience, it was not worth the money and I was disappointed about our experience.

Great games, bubbly staff and delicious food and alcohol; Perfect Night out.

I enjoy coming here. Good to go with some friends, play some games, go bowling and play laser tag. I just personally think the food and drinks are a little over priced.
