The service was good & the staff were polite

Service really needs to improve. Maybe with proper trained staff. Got my order late over 10mins and gave me a complelty different pack for what i ordred

Good food. Slightly slower service

I can't understand why people still love KFC. The chicken is oily and not crunchy as I expected it to be. Place was dated, so just not for me.

I had KFC for the first time in ages with my Dad & daughter & it was very disappointing. The food had been practically thrown in the bag, the bag was given to us open.. presentation really lacking. We opened up the twister & chips, to find the twister wasn't fresh, old small bits of tomato, lettuce & chicken, flooded with mayo & was cold. The chips were old, cold & didn't have the extra seasoning on as requested. A true let down for KFC, clearly the staff have no appreciation for their job & need to be trained in quality control in food service. We have no interest in returning to this KFC if this is their standard. 😔

I said KFC! The Double stack Zinger burger was delicious.

It was very unclean not a great look KFC

I had KFC friends had McDonald's then flaunted it around as my food took longer. Chips need salt.

Good costumer service.
