Simply, the food was awesome Small issue with the service which could have happened anywhere, but in this case the manager stepped in straight away and sorted it out. He takes customer satisfaction extremely seriously. Do yourself a favour and go there. I'll be going back.

Great food experience and something different that you dont see each day… kids had fun and so as we… very over priced though … and will not go back bcos of that…. Else good experience… Chef Charles was very interactive and made the grill experience even better… Thank you..

Not very authentic teppanyaki. Everything we ordered is average. But it’s ok for the price as it’s cheaper than those fancy teppanyaki places.

Celebrated early with my 2daughters here and we absolutely enjoyed everything😀 good service, good food and good company.

I won't go back, and I don't recommend it Very very disappointing. 「For the food quality 」 Chi and fillet set overcook both of them are very dry 「For the service quality 」 I heard waitress talking to other people in Mandarin, and I don’t know why when I asking questions in Mandarin, waitress pretend not to understand. Not worth it.I pay a lot but food was overcook and very dry. Service is little be rude .Anyway I am not going back again.

The taste was okay, but the service was hard to say. 3:30 pm was obviously not busy but the order of the dishes was wrong. The sauces, salads and miso soup were served after the main course. The desserts waited 15min and there was plastic in the ice cream! ! ! ! Incredible! Shocking! ! !

I have been here a number of times and normally enjoy it. My last visit my food was over priced and cooked with burnt meat and vegetables, and they wouldn't cancel a sushi order as I had ordered too much and waited ages for the food and decided not to have the sushi. I ended up paying $14.50 for 4 tiny pieces of sushi which was the most I have ever paid for sushi. I am not going back again, plenty of other options.

Had dinner with girl friends. Menu is perfect, something for everyone. Service was awesome and Chef Bruce was very accommodating. Will be back definitely!
