Service is usually pretty good

Plenty parking but it's tight to manoeuvre. Service was great and got what I ordered, no chicken salt on those chips lol. Drive through gets busy at lunch time but service was quick which was good.

All of the dining tables were not cleaned at all. We had to ask the staff to clean one of tables but we had to clean it ourselves as they didn’t clean it properly. Very poor customer service. The situation was totally unacceptable.

I don't post reviews often, but after seeing how well the staff worked tonight I thought they deserved it. KFC here has been shut for over a month doing renovations and just opened back up today. After going in tonight to get some food, it was obvious how many people had the same train of thought. But despite the fact that so many cars kept coming to the drive through and the amount of people coming in the store (being COVID safe in numbers too, might I add) the staff worked hard and didn't crack under the pressure. Honestly, great job to all the people who were working tonight. The food was delicious and you were all absolutely lovely!

The floors were disgusting, the tables were putrid with spills and containers everywhere. It wasn't busy at all, but instead of doing some cleaning, the staff were just standing around. If this is an example of the cleanliness in the store, I can only imagine what it is like behind the scenes.

Store was clean and tidy. They needed and extra person at front one serving and one packing orders as it was lunchtime Saturday and there was a line up. Chicken pieces I got were very small.

33 minutes waiting in the store for 2 x $5 lunch boxes.....why.......because the store gives priority to the drive-thru. Two orders in front of ours were still waiting when we got ours. I don't blame the kids serving; the blame lies wholly with the store owner and the manager for not providing proper training and guidance. And just to finish; the chips were undercooked and the chicken barely legal size. Avoid at all costs.
