19/05/2021 - ordered through menulog, items missing - wicked wings & nugget sauce. I called kfc woden, spoke to 3 people. ? Sam & Bev. Staff communication very poor as each kfc employee didn't pass on the info to each other & I repeated the issue over & over. No-one took responsibility for the missing food items & blamed the driver of menulog. Menulog only pick up the order kfc PACK IT!!! why is it so hard to read the order, pack it correctly and get it delivered. staff should be ashamed.
Staff were polite and fast service. Food was fresh and delicious xoxo ππππβ€
service very bad young person served me not interested ,food thrown in box , box had gravy all over top of box , burgers cold .. never go back. discussed with KFC..
Front of house staff were good and doing their best. The management team clearly needs customer service and time management training.
Fast and efficient for a very busy KFC A+ NOTE; drive through is always full and there isnβt a very big driveway, so expect delays around the car park

Don't think I have ever been to this one without them getting something in the order wrong - more often than not missing something entirely. If only they didn't put an addictive chemical in their chicken that makes you crave it fortnightly.... or so an old Scotsman once told me.
They make the food extremely fast and the parking and location is extremely convenient. Apart from the learning curve, with the MANY one way arrows, that your car must follow. Repaint those arrows bolder and clearer please. Or rethink the whole layout even. The multiple fast food options in this complex, of multiple restaurants, are generally very good (as fast food goes...) The complex also has a bike shop and a secondhand shop.
I once went to a different KFC and got told that they've run out of lettuce for the burgers. A two minute walk to the local supermarket would've resolved that... but whatever. I'm not the store manager. I assume no one is. That same KFC one night actually ran out of chicken. I mean, it's in your name, maybe never run out? Just a thought. Again, I'm not your boss. Just a hungry customer. So anyway, I guess what I'm saying is that KFC generally seems to accept, or perhaps even endorse, mediocrity. So the fact that it takes a lifetime to make it through the drive thru at KFC Woden shouldn't be a surprise. I would say that you should never hit this drive thru at peak times (Friday nights especially!) without water and a first aid kit. You should also notify relatives of your plan so they don't report you missing. "She went to get dinner and never came back. Oh no, wait, she went to KFC Woden, let's just wait a few more hours, I'm sure she'll be fine. Her phone probably just went flat. I hope she took water."
