Coffee was absolutely amazing. Such a surprise from an airport cafe. Really happy.

Ordered a “cup of joe” assuming it’s a normal black coffee. Received a flat white. I hate white coffee. Maybe put a long black on your menu? Ask me whether I want milk or not? At least make a difference between the two on your menu.

Good coffee, but service was a bit unfriendly. Got a sandwich which is supposed to have pesto but didn't have any on it, so I took it back. They took the sandwich (that I'd already taken a few bites of) then drenched it in olive oil. It had no pesto flavour at all. No one apologised or anything - I ended up apologising for inconveniencing the staff, even though I'm the customer! I visited on Monday morning 11/11/19.

Grubby & can’t believe in this day & age every single thing they serve is in disposable cups & packaging... they clearly care more about their bottom line than the environment

I had an amazing experience here, I miscommunicated my order to Jacob initially but he was very patient and kind and ammended things for me. Even though he didn't have to. Many thanks Jacob, I hope Joe & Co. know how lucky they are to have an excellent member of staff such as yourself.

What a rip off! I brought a choco shake smoothie. It pretty much taste like chocolate milk. There is no thickness. They used almond breeze chocolate milk. I could have brought it myself! I asked them if they put banana in it. They said they don’t put much - only 2 slices like 1/5 of a banana and that one extra slice it would be ＄1. This is absolutely insane!

Healthy, creative and delicious menu - I go here every time I travel.

Delicious sandwiches! The second time I go, and it was as good as the first. Everything is just delicious.
