We were served Stale cake with our Luke warm coffee and when we told the waiter, he asked if we would like another cake. I asked which ones were fresh only to be told none of them, they were all stale. I then asked if any items in the cold counter were date labelled so they could keep track of freshness & prevent someone from getting sick, he said No, they just keep everything in the counter until it sells regardless of how old it is. He told me to take the refund, it was safer, so I did then we left without finishing our coffees. This is quiet a serious issue as there is not only cake in that cold counter but foods that bacteria would thrive in which could kill someone, especially an elderly person who's immune system isn't as strong. I would advise to not eat here for your own health safety. Jamaica Blue, Center Management & the Health Department need to step in to train all of the staff on health & hygiene practices before they make someone series sick or worse, God forbid. And ensure they continue to uphold these safe work practices.

This Jamaica blue near Myer store has the best coffee in knoxcity shopping centre

Nice large iced coffees made with real coffee espresso and yummy citrus tart. Also overheard two other tables speak highly of their meals. Service was friendly and fast. Definitely recommend.

Very disappointing visit this morning. $7.50 !! for a flat white in mug and babycinno. Coffee was OK, babycinno was less than 2cm of hot froth in paper cup and single marshmallow. My grandson said he was going back to ask for a proper one, but we were pushed for time. Once and only visit.

Came to the cafe at Knox Westfield. Kids ordered milk shake wasn't thick and Vanilla flavour tasted blend. Likewise for the Vanilla slice cake. Perhaps have a check and review.

Staff are always nice and friendly and coffee is very good
