Iron Chef Chinese Seafood Restaurant

Pretty authentic dim sum by inner west standards. The dim sum is traditional and tasty, the sui mai and cheung fan could have been more delicately executed but they were still tasty.

Beautiful peking roast duck just coming in iron chef cabramatta very nice taste. If you’re coming this restaurant have to try it.

Seafood here is okay but if that’s not what you came for then the food is below average. Place tries to spin itself as fancy but you’re paying for costly meals that are lacking in quality. Take the pork dishes there for example, cold, bland and soggy, almost as if they were microwaved or at the very least store bought and reheated. Service is slow even on quieter days and a bit inconsistent, some days you’ll feel welcome others you wonder if they have an issue with you.

Absolutely loved this place however experiences in the last couple of months were poor. Poor service when it is busy. Additionally, found 2 insects fall out the underside of the basket. Dead at this point because they were steamed. The response I got was "its a herb". Sorry herbs don't have legs. Without making a fuss, we paid as usual and left.

New management and refit. Since that, staff are more attentive and give good service. Tasty traditional Chinese menu, with good selection of beers and wine. Yum Cha Monday to Friday 20% off, dinner Tuesday 70% off. Parking behind Stardust Hotel, or in nearby Council car park.

This is a great place to get your yumcha hit without the issues of long waits in line. All the yumcha faves are consistently good and BC it's on the quieter side of Cabramatta there's no issues with parking.

Can easily get parking for dinner time, lovely service, delicious meal: snow crab with egg yolk, peking duck, even the complimentary soup is delicious.
