it’s unfortunate that the quality and flavor of the food has declined since we last visited. nonetheless, they still offer a great variety of traditional vietnamese dishes that is suitable for all ages and occasions

Food is very consistent here and arrives quickly. Service needs improvement. The managers can be quite curt and seem rude. This normally does not bother me much if the restaurant is busy as long as the orders are correct and food arrives promptly. However over the years of dining here I have noticed that the bad service only occurs to asians. There is a stark contrast between the standard of service provided to non asians. Takeaway service is not much better. I recently ordered takeaway and the owner barely looked up or greeted me when I went to collect the order.

Busy place but there are lots of seating and people don't normally hang around after meal. Lots of choices for food and serving is generous.

Got take-away. The food here was fantastic. It can be very hit & miss in this area but this place is a class above the majority of the asian restaurants in this area. Fresh & very tasty. Served by a polite host & made to feel like our patronage was welcomed. I will be back. Thank you Indochine 😀

Been dining here since 2017 and seen how this place has changed from the best to so average. Not only that you no longer get tea while dining in, making a delivery over the phone is such a pain. Got hung up multiple times and got told in an arrogant manner on how to make an order.

A cozy, casual place to enjoy your cravings for a bowl of hot and tasty Pho, or a plate of sumptuous broken rice. The atmosphere is good, and usually quite packed. This is also a recommended place to visit when you have friends or family visiting.

I have been here so many times over more than a decade. But I have to give this one star because of the shocking customer service. Take them 25 mins after order to give us the drink and 30 mins to give us food after I asked for it. Messy to no custom service. No one was apologetic.

With so much to pick from in the area, this is a decent Vietnamese restaurant in Box Hill. It can get really busy and I don't know how 'authentic' it is, but the menu provides plenty of options and most of them are done well. Probably not quite as good as Tien Dat just down the road, but a solid option if you're after a back-up.

The food and service were great. It was recommended by a close friend who had been to Vietnam. She said the food was better than the best restaurants in Vietnam, and it was probably due to our produce being of a higher standard and quality than that found in Vietnam. Well worth eating and visiting.
