Nice Cafe to dine in, food presentation is on point, but the smoked salmon pasta was a touch too salty. Fabulous Opera cake though. Another gripe is that while the store has some of the nicest cakes in Brisbane, there is no option to order & pay direct in the Web store. Would like to see the Web store option added in the future.

Ordered pasta, burger and an ice latte. Food was below average, serving temperature was warm at best. Latte was ok, and ordered 5 cakes for takeaway. Only recommend their cakes.

Everything was amazing. From the simple but aesthetic decor to how beautifully presented the cakes were. But what really blew me away is the quality of the food and cakes. The souffle pancakes were perfect!!! Usually I leave a little disappointed with souffle pancakes because people make it a little too eggy for my taste but Icing Hill's souffle pancakes are divine. Perfect in every yummy way. The serving was a little huge though, I'd recommend sharing. One other standout for me are the cakes!! Finally, crepe cake! I've been hankering for these since my last visit to Asia 😭 the watermelon cake was absolutely exquisite, the perfect taste of light and refreshing too! I can't wait to go back!

The food and dessert looks great but the taste wasn't as great as I expected.

The Birthday cake from my friends. It tastes so good. Not classic Tiramisu. Chiffon cake is used in that.

Being almost dead centre of the valley I assumed this place was going to be mega expensive, well let me just say I was pleasantly surprised. The food is not only adequately priced (Australia expensive man) but is actually really great. We ordered two eggs Benny with bacon, both me and my girlfriend completely neglected each other to enjoy the food it was that good. Drinks are lovely too. we got some fresh juice and coffee. Awesome. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Cannot recommend enough, cannot wait to come back.

I really enjoyed sitting in for breakfast in this beautiful cafe! The staff were friendly, my mini breakfast set was perfect with fresh squeezed orange juice, great coffee and lots of space. There were some large tables to accommodate groups and kid-friendly with books, toys and plastic cups and plates etc. Will definitely be back!

3.5 stars - Beautiful and aesthetic cafe. Service was ok and the food is on the pricey side. Coffee was good. Also got to try the: - watermelon cake: not worth the price, but very light and delicious - trio buns: quite heavy, the meat was quite heavy but overall average

Beautiful cake beautiful brunch Taste of course great as well. Try smoothies as well makes you feel healthy and energetic. I had one of the best experience .

Nice cafe with great food, drinks & desserts. Free parking underground under the building, Icinghill is a trendy place with great friendly staff. Service us fast. Food us yummy. Desserts are high end & not something you would see elsewhere. Do yourselves a favour. It's worth a visit to chill out, relax and enjoy what's on offer. Come & say hi to the teddy bear in the corner.
