Fantastic place for shopping with great prices, meeting a friend for a meal or coffee, or for simply wandering through gaining inspiration from everything you see!

Its ikea what can i say. You either love ikea or you dont. Always get a bite to eat here as well on the way out.

Confusing layout compared others. Hard to find Ikea personnel. Very poor post sales service and problem ownership.

Allergy options for food were scarce and checkout mishaps are rife. Please check your receipts before leaving. Everytime we have come here the staff have accidentally charged us at least twice for an actual item, or charged us for items we did not even have. Items in store were even mis priced last visit (cheap prices were placed above items which were actually double or triple the price of the price tag next to the item, all over this store, too many places to be coincidence). Additionally, the “accidental charges” at checkout were rife, staff literally double scanning items at the checkout! The staff is rude when they are asked to take the extra charge off when it is noticed, they act like it is a massive hassle if you want to not pay more than the actual item you are buying. One time I was charged for one item 3x and waited 30 mins being treated terribly to have the extra accidental scan charges removed (they were not self checkout it was a staff member checkout) when we were already late after the exhausting ikea maze. Recently, I tried this place again, thinking it was likely just bad luck, or bad staff on those previous times. However, it was even worse, they accidentally charged $225 for a non existent item and the staff member was rude about it when she had to remove the extra charge! $225 added to receipt. Seriously, wth, there was not even an apology for wasting our time and making a mistake, just rudeness. I was buying $12 worth of stuff, we were exhausted and just wanted to pay for our items and go home. I wonder how many people are overcharged and don’t check, just pay the extortionate prices. As am on a budget I check prices before going to the check out. Others are likely being overcharged here consistently. Please check your receipts and item numbers before going to checkout at this Logan store. I hope it is just a Logan thing and not an Ikea store thing. We won’t be attempting to go again for a very long while. There are other shops with cheap furniture. Far too time consuming here, and dodgy. If you go, make sure you check your prices and receipts before leaving the checkout. Also, make sure you have loads of time. This is not a rush place, you need to add an extra hour more than intended.

A lot of stuff you will never need and the quality of furniture is pretty bad.
