I love this place, you need a whole day to get in and out to really see everything!

Great products and great displays...a long walk not a place for a quick shop.

So incredibly frustrating that there is absolutely no way to speak to, or even email, the store directly. Instead you go on hold to a national call centre who CANT answer my enquiry and tell me the only way to resolve is to travel to the store directly for a part that may or may not exist there.... I really dont want to spend hours travelling to the store if they do not have the part I need. I think IKEA call centre should be allowed to transfer a call to the store directly on the rare occasions that they cannot help.

It's a fairly standard Ikea. They're all pretty much the same. Unfortunately, it is located way too far from the city.

Ikea rocks. Always something different and the meatballs are great.

Very good customer service and clean facilities.

Great for the whole family but allow plenty of time as it's a huge store. Great food that's priced reasonably with clean rest rooms

It has some nice things, but forces you to go through the whole store to find them. Not for the claustrophobic. The toilets all stopped working when I last visited.

The hot dogs were shaker than the Adelaide store 🤣
