Hunters Quarter

We were part of a group for lunch. The food was amazing but a long wait for entree and then another hour wait for mains. It seemed very slow considering there was only a few dishes to choose from. The food was absolutely delicious and the cocktails very good. Some staff let their stress show while others were professional and friendly. The view is gorgeous as well.

Excellent location! Make sure you sit outside overlooking a small lake & the lush vineyards.. Food was amazing & wine was great too. Market fish & duck was yumm!

HQ is consistently 10/10 for utterly delicious food, magnificent views, stylish interior and great service. You will be treated to fine dining dishes that satisfy the appetite without breaking the bank all clearly highlighted by the expertise of chef Brian Duncan and his team. An absolute go-to when in the valley whether you're local or just up for the weekend. We're locals and we recommend it 100% - don't miss it (booking ahead essential)!

celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary here last night and was the most amazing experience. the food was just delicious, the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere is lovely! I cant recommend enough. definitely need to make an reservation and check it out for yourselves.

Definitely the best in the region! It's been a week since and we're still telling friends about it - this place is now one of our favourites and we can't wait to come back

What can I say, Hunters Quarter is simply outstanding. The food is fresh and exquisitely prepared. The complimentary flavours of each dish have to be tasted to be truely appreciated. The deserts are also the best we have ever had. 5 stars are simply not enough for how good the food really was. You have to try the pan seared scallops and the Eton mess desert. We will be back every time we are up.
