Hungry Pelican

Despite a quiet day due to inclement weather and slightly off season still, we watched a constant trickle of people coming in, either to dine in or take away. Fabulous food. So fresh and served piping hot. Pasta and pizza made in house, fresh and it shows. Staff so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended. It's a hidden jewell as it's just off the main street. But well worth going. We will be back for breakfast next time.

Absolutely wonderful place to eat and they have pasta Thursday’s! All pastas are 10 bucks on this day! Me and my partner were in a bind and needed to find a place to print and scan an important document and Peter took 20 mins of his personal time to help us with this matter and didn’t accept any money in exchange, truly an amazing person and went out of his way to help some travelers. Thank you so much Peter for your kind gestures.

Had a wonderful dinner tonight, everything was just delicious, we have over eaten because we couldn't stop eating! Surf and turf pizza was amazing, steak was perfect, very tasty sweet potato chips and fresh vegetable salad. Definitely recommend : brilliant food and service!

We had our heart set on Gusties pizza but they had sold out😒 so we walked into hungry pelican. To our suprise they had home made pizza on the menu. We had a supreme...it was the best pizza we have eaten. Well done, we will be back for sure 😉
