Perfect chips every time

Ordered vege burger meal but served with beef burger meal. Very very disappointing

Mitchell, one of the young boys here, doesn't seem to understand his role at Hungry Jack's and how the system works. Repeatedly poor service. Today I came in and the old gent in front of me asked for a Stunner meal. Mitchell asks, "What size?" to which the gent says "The standard size of the deal." Mitchell, who has presumably worked here some time fumbles and is unsure and asks again "Small or medium?" - it's literally on the board behind his head. When I order, I repeat it three times and he still gets it wrong. As I'm eating, he tries to wipe down tables and uses no sanitary products, just a dry cloth. C'mon man. The manager is nasty to him as well, I feel bad for him, but I don't think fast food is his fit.

Good burgers and great chips.

I tried to call and thank them for their great service the evening before but no-one would answer the phone. So the compliment has to be on here. Very friendly staff .

They always take way to long to cook the food. But, just like any other hungry jacks they're fine I guess.

Service ok. Burger half the size (literally) I was expecting and nothing like the picture.

Food always takes forever. They made us wait for a burger, only to miss another burger completely form our order. When confronted with this there was no apology and we were made to wait again as they remaid the mossing burger. Will not be going there again.

Not bhad good size
