Hungry Jack's Burgers Oxenford

The coldest place on earth. Honestly. I think I saw a penguin last last visit. 10/10 for being a rad place to best the heat.

Been a customer since its opening. Consistently bad food. The most recent purchase we had brought 2 stunner deals that only the nuggets were edible the rest went into the trash after a a couple of bites. The burger was as if a 3 year old had put it together, squashed, coated in so much mayonnaise I wondered if there was actually burger there or if I got a wrapped package of mayo. The chips were old and stale. And the drink was flatter than a punctured tire. After a few bites my partner and I had been quite sick from it. Adding that together with the horrendously long wait we 100% wont be back.

Am feeling iike am on some other restaurent The shake is too thick and fries are too hard Burger is ok. But am not satisfied

I have never had to wait so long for fast food. It seems a lack of staff may have been the cause.

2nd fiddle to Macas. The wait at the counters is just as long if not longer than the drive thru, even during morning times when the online orders where a bit quiet.

Don't waste your time and money. Try somewhere else. Poor customer service and food was terrible. We use to go this place nearly 7 years , from now no more. 👎

Burgers looked like they had been thrown against a wall after wrapping. Why is it that the food never looks anything like the picture.

Today had the worst experience here ever. I'm a pretty loyal customer but todays visit was the last. We come here every Thursday night, for the last month drive thru has been a nightmare, so long waiting. Today it was extra long so decided to go in. 25 mins later i was served our meal after the 3 people that ordered AFTER ME got their meals. I'm sorry we're just waiting on your hash brown..ummmm how long does a hashbrown cook for.....2 mins!! Anyway spoke to Manager that was yelling at his team left right and centre and in front of his customers, how degrading to his team.....he told me they were understaffed and he was sorry. He didn't want to talk anymore. Pretty sad for a manager thats getting a complaint. Anyway... you've lost a lifetime customer even thou we live in Oxenford, we'll be off to Helensvale.

Horrible long wait I understand that cranky staff and half filled thick shakes not going to that one again
