We hardly been to this store but had good experience with our visit.

Staff very pleasant. Far too much salt on chips. This seems to be a thing with all HJ's, maybe think of customer health first. Otherwise ok we enjoyed the meal.

No customer's here yet I wait forever for food EVERY TIME. chicken tastes like fish.... idk why.

Did otr put the new we never close sign on the front???😂🤣🤨.....the driver thru design is shocking when it fills up it blocks the traffic. Foods ordinary like most say and some staff just don't care so I don't sorry but honest review.

It's fast food, consistent with Hungary Jacks. The staff are particularly attentive at this franchise and the premises feels clean and pleasant

Absolutely disgusting..waited to be served...waited for food do assumed it would be hot and fresh..got in the car to head home and food was cold..chips included..was too tired to turn back and complain..threw all the food in the bin

Had to wait over 30 min in drive through at 5.30 ridiculous !!!!

Cleaning inside is obviously a forgotten routine at this "joint". Stopped in there a few days ago. The restaurant was absolutely disgusting. I was worried about actually ordering food there. One other customer complained to the staff, he just nodded but didnt do anything about it. Also the carpark is pathetically designed. Drive Through cars line up blocking cars that are parked for walk ins. Just feels very amateurish here. Lift your game!
