Used to love this joint. Until they removed the low carb buns!!! Bring em back. Rich wants to eat healthy. Burgers are better tho.

Probably the most horrible HJs there is. This lot are totally hopeless.

Ordered 3 vegan cheese whooper through drive thru after reaching at home found non veg burgers.

I went there for a late lunch and ordered a double patty whopper meal. The patty had been sliced in two to make 2 patties but it made the meal thin. Very dishonest practise at Hungry Jacks Mount Waverley. I will be reporting to the head office for an explanation. By the way I chose to eat in the store, no knives are available for customers to use.

Typical fast food joint; serves up what it advertisers and will hit the spot every time.

Terrible service, got the order wrong and food was cold. Staff had no communication and seemed like they didn't want to be there. No more Hungry Jacks for us.

To me these are all franchises and there service is basically on par, nothing good or bad. If Google wants me to comment of this then so be it and let it be known that this part of Mount Waverley is actually Tally Ho. A hundred or so years prior used to be a horse racing track. It is amazing that there is basically no sign of that now. I do like Hungry Jacks as their burgers are fuller than their competitor. Drinks are satisfactory however their desserts are really nice. I do like the ice cream sundae with strawberry topping. The place is relatively clean with booths surrounding as to an American diner but I wished they brought back unlimited refills.

Service was good, same as the food.
