Hungry Jack's Burgers Mt Waverley

Worst experience ever you can get. Every time either they will give you wrong items or they will forget to give you all items when you are going through drive through. Please avoid going to this Hungary Jack's if possible.

So slow through night drive thru not to mention rude operator who took the order. They were running so late to give my small meal and did not say sorry about the wait or inform me that I had to wait 10+ mins. So poor!

This guy in the picture (i believe hes the manager) was extremely rude. Well i ordered drinks from the counter, the lady did not put it in the order. She did ask me if i wanted the receipt and i didnt take it. I did not know that she did not put my drinks order in. That was fine, but when i picked up the order the pictured guy said it was not ordered and he said" no no drinks, look i'll show you the receipt, you were not charged." Then he turned away without even listening to me. I said i ordered it and the lady did not put it in, he said no theres no drink. You'll have to order again, very rudely without making eye contact and not even bothering to listen to me. Well i said its not my fault and he did not even look at me he just continued with serving other orders and another staff member had the decency to say sorry we're very busy at the moment. So rude. Worse if he was the manager , even if at super busy moments there is no excuse to be rude especially if you were the manager.

Quick service and got the order right.

I eat here for the wrap besides that its very average.. taken a while to get things right as youd expect from fast food

I had the worst experience with the night time drive through girl coz not only she had a bad attitude and took the wrong order... i was being nice and trying to make the order correct and pay and she was just being rude....

Customer service is really bad during the night times (after 12 am). One of staff was really rude. Please avoid if you are planning to have some food during night.

Bacon Deluxe meal with beer battered onion rings and Fanta Frozen Creaming Soda. Delicious.😋

Very bad customer service. 2 ladies working are too dumb and rude. Don’t know how to deal with customers. Food was served was wrong.

One of the better ones. Always hot& haven't had an order screwed up before
