Hungry Jack's Burgers Fawkner

Very poor service and extremely disappointed, been coming here for a while. Didn’t take my drive through order properly because she didn’t listen nor was polite. Terrible.

The burger shows on the ad and posters are not same as the burger they serve. Went there to order chicken big jack crispy chicken but unfortunately it was not a chicken breast patties but chicken minced frozen patties.

All I wanted was caramel shake but like most all other Hungry's machines not working

Stole my money. Ordered and payed through the app. Got to the store and they were saying they were closed for maintenance and to come back tomorrow.. came back the next day and they wouldn’t give me the meals. Told to get a refund through the app and wouldn’t let me reorder the deal. Always forget to put cheese on burgers aswell.

ordered online and went there to pick my order but had to wait, I thought my order should be ready, there is no point ordering online or at the store cause no matter what you'll wait, I guess this is the last time I'll be going to that shop, bad really bad

What it is. Food and service usually up to standard. Toilets reliably unpleasant. Easy access and lots of parking.

Straight out the worst store ever! Been going here for years and its the same result. Always the wrong order, cold food, have to repeat the order 3 or 4 times like tonight and when I get the burgers they are messy and cold. Seriously if I could give 0 stars I would have, absolutely disgraceful service. Either hire people that want to be there or shut shop!
