Hungry Jack's Burgers Fawkner

You all know hungry jacks. Its cheaper as well as have a list of halal burgers and snacks. Its 24 hours so goos for people working odd hours.

Only giving 3 stars because their drive through waiting bay is terrible! Otherwise would be 4.

Place needs a nice sitting arrangement for dine in.

Good food but pretty slow through drive thru

Went to this restaurant today and ordered a double cheese burger. When I received it, it turned out to be a single burger. However they charged me for a single only. So the lady asked if I wanted it swapped and I replied “yes”. 3 minutes later I called a staff member because no one had swapped it yet, only to be told it’s to late to swap. In the beginning she said she will do it, and now the staff member was saying I said not to swap it and it can’t be done anymore. SHE SAID IT WAS OK 3 MINUTES AGO!!! The staff member (who looked in charge) seemed very arrogant and was looking to leave. Finally I left disappointed and will not be back. Very poor customer service at this store . Buy your food elsewhere.

One of the worse customer service. And manager was very rude and don't like to listen the problem. one of the worst hungry jack's outlet I have ever visit.

I went to collect the phone order yesterday. The lady was rustic to the customers and the staff too. Looks like she is the manager but how can be someone with such post be irresponsible with the words. The words really matters its shows nice gesture as long as they representing a enormous company. Never ever gonna order again at this store.
