Hungry Jack's Burgers Beenleigh

I'm not sure if the server here has a hearing problem or is a bit not on the bright side. Asked for My Burgers with no Bun. Was given a weird look and explained in doing Keto it's low carb. The server then says oh we don't serve the low carb burgers anymore. I explained no I just want a big jack with NO Bun just meat lettuce cheese and sauce. I then asked if I could have a knife and fork put in with my order. Oh we don't have pork but we can add bacon 😂🤦‍♀️ and I know o spoke slowly and clearly and a bit louder for her the second time. Other than that my meal was actually really good and was alpt fresher and tastier than other H.Js I've been too.

Every time I go here they can't get the order right what is the point in paying for a service if they can't get your order right if I didn't live half n hour away I would be getting my money back for poor service.

Drive thru order was cold and not fresh so requested placement and manager KATIE was beyond rude and yelling. If that is the best service hungry jacks can offer they need a lot of training on customer service. Needless to say over microwaving the burgers does not make them fresh just super hot ... thanks hungry jacks

Terrible experience they missed a burger on my order i was in the drive through and was knocking on the window and honking my horn and the ataff ignored me for at least 4 mins and then all the pattys on 4 burgers were over cooked and burnt out and dry i have never had a good exsperiance at this hjs and will not be returning the burger where not better at this hungry jacks

Awesome burger as always, but took a little long for a small order. The staff on at the time were clearly new, but they're clearly trying their best and are still being trained. Give them a month or so and they'll be quicker I'm sure. You need to start somewhere

Forgot our Sauce Forgot our cups Get home, and my burger was wrong. I ordered Smokey bbq Angus and their were no onion rings. Joke

How hard is it to get order right, Ordered whopper jrn with cheese no cheese, Ordered onion rings crumb it not crumbed don't worry got battered onion rings. Food is cold and discussing. Last time I go to Hungry Jacks Beenleigh this has happened to many time so disappointing.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
