Hungry Jack's Burgers Beenleigh

Nice and clean. Service was fast and food was as expected

Store wasn't even busy and every customer that was there had to wait a 15 minute minimum for stone cold burgers and over cooked fries. Manager did not seem to care and was walking around like she didnt even know where she was. Other customers also frustrated about the long wait and the only response as to a reason was was to blame the kitchen staff. More then 12 staff on and they can't handle 4 orders, id hate to see them through a lunch rush!

Food is good but the customer service needs a bit more help with training. Looked very rushed and stressful for the workers over last weekend I ate there.

Absolutely appalling there was a manager in the kitchen making burgers with no hair net same with another young women but yet the young man that was making the burgers had one on sorry not good enough absolutely disgusting never ever eat here again you should be ashamed of your selves hungry jacks

They forget something in your order every time!

disappointing. very disappointing. I have great memories of this establishment and usually staff are great but today, when i went to Hungry Jacks, the receipt had what we asked for and ordered, although the large chips that we ordered were not there... neither was the cheese on my veggie whopper. the lady that took our order looked annoyed with us and she wasn't helpful at all. the only reason why i did not give this Hungry Jacks 1 star, is because of the past memories and experiences at the place. this experience has seriously impacted not only my perception of Hungry Jacks but my family's as well. this might have been an isolated incident, but it made my family's experience at Hungry Jacks unpleasant.
