Possibly the best steaks in the southern hemisphere, lovely staff and great variety although service was a little slow. Other then that the 18hr steaks are fantastic
Had a wonderful meal as usual, our server was Miggy and even though he is learning he did an awesome job, will definitely return !
Get venue and great food but some people who work there seem like they don't want to be there
Our family has been a regular since 2009. Consistent great customer service and quality meals. Sad the texmex didn't make it onto the new menu. Great for the young and not so young.

Great specials on food and drinks, great live acoustic musicians occasionally too (they advertise who and when on their Facebook page).
Server did not ask what sides and just gave us all vege. Did not apologize or ask if everything was good. Food was pretty bland and it was like a freezer in the restaurant. Not enjoyable at all for $101.

Very fatty steaks (marbled at best), and mixed up mine and hubby's orders (rare versus medium). Chips / curly fries are great and always hot. Bit on the expensive side, but food is reliably ok. Good rewards system - eat there 6 times and get free membership (for about $50 straight up). Not much variety in deserts.
