Are there vegetarian options?

Google states that Hifumiya is Closed on Good Friday, but it's mentioned (holiday opening hours) inside the bracket, does it mean it is Closed or Open on Good Friday?

The location is a little bit hard to find at the beginning, once you and your friends found it. It’s definitely become the go to noodle place for lunch in the city. Quick service, right potion and tasty food! Compare to $18-24 a bowl of Ramen, udon is around $6-12.5 for a bowl here. Side dishes are tasty too. They do nice dinner as well!

Went there after work with my colleagues. Despite the place being fully booked out, the manager happily made adjustments to get us in. Food was delicious and Soo affordable. The vibe is very chilled. Best japanese I've had in the city in ages!!

Delicious fresh authentic Japanese food, so lively I thought I was back in Japan.! Oishii!! Classic Japanese bespoken quality. everything freshly made, traditional and welcoming. All available for authentic dining experience or amazing takeaway for lunch and later too. Too modest, this hidden gem is my new favourite Udonya

We found this place on a rainy day but were at the tail end of lunch. Unfortunately the tour of broth we were after was sold out however we bought some alternatives and sides. The sides were great as were the noodles. I bought a brothless dish do can't comment on the quality yet. The service is quite good relative to the cost of the meals. Hopefully there are more sides next time I go. I would easily recommend going here for ramen or udon over something like Ippudo or a cheap Japanese place in one of the city arcades. It is on par with Nao for all meals but if you are vegetarian then Hifumiya is much better.

β€œδΈ€δΊŒδΈ‰β€ is a hidden gem in city. I didn't know its existence until a Japanese friend recommended it to me. It becomes the best dinning experience we had. We went there in a late Sunday afternoon. The seating is more like a big canteen. It is so amazing that while a young man greeting us with his genuine smile, our meals in bowls had passed from his hand to cook. Within 3mins, we had our meals in different sizes of bowls.γ„γŸγ γγΎγ™πŸ˜‹. Tips:Their bowl is huge. For kids please order a smaller size or let them share a regular size. I like their Free hot water and πŸ‹plain room temperature water. It really makes our chilled night cozy.

Welcome to NoodleTown. Population: You Try it, but be warned - if you are not from Perth you will be tempted to move here and housing prices are not cheap. You might be able to pick up a reasonably priced place nearby (East Perth, West Perth) with good transport options to get you to Hifumiya each lunchtime, but you will need to keep your eyes open. The building itself is haunted and you can really taste the delicious spookiness in every bite. Friendly ghost flavors that you will not find anywhere else. Get in there before your right to noddles is exorcised!

There's a reason this place is so popular, they really care about quality. Not just the noodles, which are freshly made in front of you, but everything there is carefully planned and organised. Staff are traditionally Japanese service-wise, IOW they're fantastic, and an example to others in the restaurant industry. Highly recommended.
