Hi Thai

The chefs at this restaurant are amazing because this is the best thai food I’ve ever had. The chilli fried rice is so flavoursome and spicy, and the cashew nut noodles are delicious. Every time I have gone the food comes out within 5 minutes. I haven’t tried a lot on the menu, but what I have tried has been 10/10.

Excellent food, fresh and tasty, fast serving, great atmosphere. Chilli basil fried rice with seafood is the most delicious dish that i have tried so far. 😋

I've been eating at Hi Thai for quite sometime now. It's a great atmosphere on the rooftop of Westpoint and I thoroughly enjoy sitting at this restaurant enjoying good food. There is never that long of a wait for your orders and the food has never disappointed me, it's tasty, fresh and good portions.

Food wasn't good, poor customer service & refused to give tap water when we requested. I was told that they offer water only when alcohol is served. This is the first time, we have been denied of a basic need in Australia. Felt thoroughly disappointed. Will never go back to this place or recommend it. There are many other Thai restaurants that has good food & customer service. I'll support those restaurants. Never again this one! Edited to add - We had kids in the group. Two kids are 2 year olds & 1 is 10 year old. I requested for water mainly for the kids, but denied by the restaurant.

Went for a dinner. Good food and fast service. In 5 mns we got our food. We ordered: Tom yum (4 /5) - was good but maybe more meat Bbq Beef ( 5/5) -Tasty and huge serving Chx Satay (4/5) -good but looking for more grill taste Salt pepper squid (5/5) - it was a bomb, crunchy and good Chili basil Fried Rice (5/5) -huge serving, good food Crab Meat Fried Rice (5/5) -very good

Gave this place a visit today with my Mrs who recommended it to me. We both ordered the Basil Chilli chicken and to our surprise it was delicious! Everything was fresh from vegetables to the chicken it was all very yummy. I do recommend this place if you are in the Blacktown area! It also has outside seating which is a god send when the shopping center becomes too much.

POOR and Worst Customer service. DON'T DINE OR TAKE AWAY food . Glass of water was refused to be served when there were toddlers. 1. Food as well too Sugary and was not up to the mark Would say if you want to taste yummy Thai food then try nearby anywhere BUT NOT here at HITHAI at Westpoint.

Ok, my collegue and I went for a late lunch this afternoon, we ordered a Laksa and a Pad see ew. The Laksa was creamy and tasty, the chicken tender and the tofu plump and soft. This will be on my must eat again list. The second dish was Pad see ew, those noodles and that taste.... was divine with the crunch of the veges...yum. We ordered and it was about 10-12 minutes after, that the food was placed before us, now that is fast food and nourishing as well. Thanks guys.
